Q: “How long do your candles burn?”
Burn times vary by size, but most standard jars burn approximately 40–50 hours.
Q: “Are your candles handmade?”
Yes. Every Pinecone Bay candle is thoughtfully poured and finished in small batches.
Q: “Why does my candle look uneven after burning?”
Natural soy wax may develop slight texture changes or frosting. This is completely normal and does not affect performance.
Q: “Do you offer custom orders?”

Q: “What if my candle arrives damaged?”
Please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
